This is what I get everyday at 05:26 AM from system checkup

so many like this but the only deferent is the address:

named[10149]: lame server on '32.163.25.66.in-addr.arpa' (in '163.25.66.in-addr.arpa'?): 24.93.35.33#53

also

named[10149]: lame server on 'rsync.cpanel.net.darkorb.net' (in 'darkorb.net'?): 64.91.224.2#53

I found those addresses are outside DNS servers, just three of them but with so many attemps?

Everything are up and running, What is it ? an out-source DNS check in or anything else?

If you want to turn this off edit your named.conf, scroll to the &logging& section and put:
logging {
category lame-servers { null; };
category cname { null; };
};

named.conf

Should this be /etc/named.conf where to insert the code?

There is no logging-section in named.conf
