Excessive resource usage Process Time (WHY?!)

Hi,
I have read lots of forums and all those are referring to how to stop these emails!
I need to know why is this even happening? can anyone help? any clue?

Hey there! These notifications are sent by the CSF/LFD firewall service, and are not related to cPanel tools. It potentially could indicate an issue, but it is often a false-positive as well and there is nothing wrong with the system.

A quick search for "excessive resource usage" either here, or over on the CSF forums, will get you much more information about the issue.
