A client of mine is using joomla and has installed a SEO that uses htaccess with RewriteEngine, although it's generating 403 server errors.

Tested on another server of mine without Cpanel and everything works just fine.

    tail -f /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log

[Mon Nov 6 16:23:19 2006] [error] [client 195.23.250.xxx] Options ExecCGI is off in this directory: /home/user/public_html/administrator/index2.php

    Any help?
