Execute a script as user

Hi!
I need to unzip after reboot the content of a folder mounted in RAMDISK.
If I execute the script as root, it takes some time to restore also ownership and permissions of the entire folder structure.
Please, is there a way to execute it as the user that owns the domain? Thanks!
