Is it possible to built an acl for exim to retrieve strings from the file and match it with the email subject and block it if that strings matches to subject in email ?

Hello,

Are you referring to content from attached files? If so, what file type are you focusing on, and what's the purpose of the filter? You may also find this thread helpful:
