I've come across a very strange thing. I have an email account, which is not defined in add/remove email accounts section in cPanel, but in the forwarders option. Recently I realised that I'm getting spam from this address, directly from my mail server. I've made some tests and it looks like exim allows to send any message from this dummy account without authentication. Does anybody know how to stop this?

That's perfectly normal behaviour on any SMTP server. Anyone can send email for a domain on your server from a domain that you host - it's the identical functionality that allows any domain to receive email. The only way to stop it is to treat it like any other spam and target the connecting IP's.
