Do you mean scanning messages for spam before sending? If yes, the answer is no. I suggest you search these forums since this issue has been discussed man times in the past. This aritcle might help: http://servertune.com/kbase/entry/142/

I do believe there is. There its a setting in WHM to verify the existence of the domain before accepting the email.

Yes, but that verification is a "sender verify" and (I firmly believe) only applies to incoming emails, in order to verify if the sender in fact exists.

For the issue reported by linuxprovider, I would recommend a deep cleaning of the mail database in the forums, based on the error 550 reported by Hotmail. But, Hotmail is bouncing one and every mail sent? or only a portion of the sent mails are bounced?

Do you have the last update of Cpanel? Try activating SPF and Domainkeys. Using SPF resolved a similar issue in my server ;)

Perhaps you misunderstood my response to linuxprovider.

My understanding of the questions is: he was asking if there is a way to verify the target email (recipient) and NOT the local (sender). That's why I said, no. There is no option or mechanism in Exim, as of now, to verify the email of a recipient before sending the message.
