Exim and IMAP appears as down

    For some reason, exim and IMAP appears as down in the service status panel. When I do a service status check they are both up. Look at the screenshots below.

    What could be wrong? I am also having issues logging into the web mail even though I have set up the e-mail accounts.

    Is this consistently showing this in Service Status or did you just reboot or restart services?

    It is consistently showing this in Service Status. It has been like this ever since I installed cPanel.

    What version of cPanel are you running and have you tried forcing an update?

    I have opened a ticket now, do you have any idea of what the issue could be?
