I have a client on Exchange that I want to allow him to relay his mail through my cpanel box running exim. I have read the article on exim.org and cant seem to figure out what I am looking for.

    Any ideas would be great.

When adding his ip to the /etc/relayhosts file it still does not work. I am confused. Is there some sort of ACL I need to put in place?

You have to add the exchange server IP in /etc/alwaysrelay and then restart exim.
