Exim automatically deleting emails

Is there a way (example) that I can use to to put in the exim so it will detele all the emails that have:

This message has been rejected because it has

and

a potentially executable attachment

in the body? Thanks,

Why not deny accepting it? Lots of example, but Chirpy's MailScanner is one of the best and it does much more.
