exim blocking mdb files

is there any way to stop exim blockin mdb files ? i see no mention of mdb in the antivirus.exim file .

This message has been rejected because it has
a potentially executable attachment &export.mdb&
This form of attachment has been used by
recent viruses or other malware.
If you meant to send this file then please
package it up as a zip file and resend it.

Yes i did that ? and restarted exim it still blocks the mails .
Heres what we have

all entries are removed

I tried restarting all services relating to mail and apache it still blocks mdb files

?

Can this be done only from the root /etc (server wide) or can antivirus.exim be used from a users 'etc' directory?
