    What is the exim command to check how many mail in que?

    I would assume you mean command line since there is a Mail Queue Manager in WHM

    exim -bpc

    If you need little detail report you can pipe to exiqsumm

    Code:
    exim -bp | exiqsumm
    
    and if you have mailscanner install with /etc/exim_outgoing.conf
    Code:
     
    exim -bp -C /etc/exim_outgoing.conf | exiqsumm
