Hello :)

I recommend checking the cPanel error log for any specific log entries when this occurs. It's located at:

Code:
/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
It's possible that you need to increase the "Max cPanel process memory" value under the "System" tab in "WHM Home » Server Configuration » Tweak Settings".

Thank you.

Tried editing the max ram from 512 to 1024 and also tailing the error log. There is no error that results from loading the blank page, and the max ram did not solve the issue.

You can try forcing an update of cPanel to see if that helps:

Code:
/scripts/upcp --force
If the issue continues, I recommend opening a support ticket so we can take a closer look. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.

Thank you.

The force update also did not work, I suppose I will need to open a ticket. Would I do that via cpanel.net or buycpanel.com which is who we purchased our licence through.
