Hi,
We have problem with one of our server.
Seem we cannot save the Exim configuration because of timeout. Refer to attachment.
We cannot find where to increase the timeout.
We already try to force update cpanel but it not solve the issue.
It will stuck as below;
=======================

Your changes have been saved.

Restarting cPanel daemons...done.

Updating your system to reflect any changes...

=======================

Appreciates if anyone have similar issue and guide on how to solve.

Thanks.

Hello @alias harun,

Can you let us know of any specific output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log or /var/log/messages when attempting to save the changes? Also, can you let us know the contents of the /etc/exim.conf.local file on your system? Ensure to exclude any identifying information when pasting the contents.

Thank you.

Hi @Ted Curvin,

Can you open a support ticket so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here and we'll link this thread to it.

Thank you.

Hello Ted,

It looks like you closed the support ticket after our last response noting we were unable to reproduce the issue. Can you confirm the problem is now solved?

Thank you.
