Exim create connection from office365 to use my vps SMTP for outgoing emails

Hi;
please can somebody guide me in the right way to create router and transport required to use my vps smtp as relay for 1 specific outlook365 email ?

(i found several guides to do it at inverse way, using office 365 as smtp relay)

mx dns record is setup to office365 server.

i have the domain and email account created in cpanel and i created a connector and a rule in exchange to send outgoing messages through my vps host.

when i try to send emails in outlook web i receive the message "is not authorized to relay messages through the server that reported this error".

the error in my exim logs is "Rejected relay attempt: 'ip number'"

i know it is a smtp authetication error (logs records are explicit)

i can not activate smtp authentication from office365

office suport told me "you need to create an incoming connector in your own server to accept office 365 connection"

is there a way to create a routing and transport for that specific email account that includes credentials for authentication and then allow relay?

whitelist the ip is not an option because email messages are originated from several different ip numbers

I read that post and the situation is different.
i am ok with emails arriving to microsoft server
i am ok with emails originated in my cpanel webmail.
i need to allow the microsoft server to use my EXIM smtp relay to send outgoing messages originated in outlook 365 web version. i think i can get it using some routing and transport for the specific sender.

i dont know how to do it.

the post you shared is about using microsoft smtp to send and receive;

i appreciate your help
