Exim db_connect: Error

    I recently purchased a server that had Plesk installed on it. I went through removed all of the Plesk RPMs and made sure just about everything I could thing of of Plesk was removed. I then installed cPanel. Everything so far has worked but one thing... Email. I am not able to login to check email I receive the following error message via Outlook

    Task ' - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password in your account properties. Under Tools, click E-mail accounts. The server responded: db_connect: Unable to open admin password file /etc/psa/.psa.shadow: No such file or directory'

    I can login via webmail without issue.

    How would I go about correcting this issue?
