Exim delivering to 'inbox', not maildir

Starting yesterday morning, Exim has been delivering mail to users' inbox files instead of into the proper Maildir directories.

If I run /scripts/convert2maildir, and select option 3 (Convert partially converted mail accounts), mail is parsed out of the inbox file and dropped into the Maildir.

When I run /scripts/upcp, exim.conf is updated, and does not contain the maildir_format or maildir_use_size_file parameters for any of the delivery methods.

Has anyone else been experiencing this?

Right now, everything is working again, and exim.conf seems to be correct. I would believe the problem to be resolved, except that I was in this same situation yesterday afternoon, and it broke again when updates were pulled last night.

I'm seeing the same thing

Broke this morning for me.

WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-S119
FreeBSD 5.4-RELEASE i386 - WHM X
