exim die every 1-2 days.

    i tried starting it in the WHM it says.

    Waiting for exim to restart.... . . . . . . . . . . finished.

    exim status mailnull 84777 0.0 0.4 4800 4108 ?? S 12:25AM 0:02.14 /usr/bin/perl /usr/local/cpanel/bin/eximstats
    mailnull 0 0.0 0.0 0 0 ?? ZW - 0:00.00 (exim-4.42-0)

    exim has failed, please contact the sysadmin.

    Why does it die like every 1-2 days ?? anyone know the reason, or how I can track down the crashes. I am doing a

    ./upcp
    ./exim4

    that will fix it. but then later 1-2 days later it die again. anyone know the reason for this please advise..

    Running on FREEBSD 5.2.1 WHM 9.7.2 cPanel 9.7.7-R9
    FreeBSD 5.2.1-RELEASE i386 - WHM X

    You will need to check log files to see why it is not coming back up.

    which log file?

    which log file??

    /var/log/exim_paniclog /var/log/exim_mainlog would be a good place to start.

    This is FREEBSD remember?

    /var/log/paniclog
    /var/log/mainlog

    No underscores _ with FREEBSD.
