Exim couldn't find the account. Try the following:

    /scripts/updateuserdomains
    /scripts/mailperm

IF that doesn't help, make sure the domain is listed in /etc/localdomains and that you have a valid DNS= line in /var/cpanel/users/account

Thanks for the tips, I followed all of your suggestions, and I'm still getting the error in exim_mainlog.

Not sure if it matters, but this is for the default email address that is setup when a cPanel account is created.

    Thank You.

Have you changed the Default Address on the account? If so, then you'll need to create a new virtual email account called [email protected] in the users cPanel account.

    No Such User Here

    hi folks,

i am having a similar problem when any user on my box tries to email any user at a specific domain name.

for example, [email protected] and [email protected] and [email protected] on my box CANNOT email [email protected] on a remote server.

my clients are able to send/receive to other remote domains without any problems. it's just this one specific [email protected] that gives the "No Such User Here" error and returns the message.

any help would be greatly appreciated!

    thanks in advance,
