Check the default box for this domain in question. I think you have it set to fail: instead of :fail:

I have these same errors. It seems to be a DDOS to Exim. Does anyone know how to fix this error?

I have same sort of problems as well. Cpanel is really starting to suck.....I have been using it for years and been happy till about the last year. Garbage support....bad updates....no response.

This is caused because you are missing ":" on your "fail" parameter. It should be given as ":fail:" wothout quotes. You can set this as default for all your accounts using WHM -> Tweak Settings.

Have you tried repairing the mailmon database ?

    # myisamchk -r /var/lib/mysql/mailmon/*.MYI
    # mysqlcheck -r mailmon

If the database still has errors, you may have to reinstall the same.
