Exim exclude external domains from smarthost

Hello,

I have configured my cPanel server to send all mail to Amazone SES. Unfortunately, mails which have sender from external domains cannot be sent as the SES blocks them all. Which is also what I want.
Now, I want to exclude all external domains from smarthost and send their mail locally. Any help ?

External SMTP server only for specific users

Hi Everyone, I am using external SMTP server on Exim. like SMTP2Go or mailjet. Now all of WHM users using that. Is there any way to specify only some of them can use it and the others only can use normal Exim ?
