exim failed after installing buildapache

I installed buildapache with php 4.2.2 succesfully (no problem reported) .

All is working fine , however when I click on
service status (on bluelagoon cpanel) I receive a exim FAILED warning .

I tried to restart exim several times , I tried to remove alternative port on exim , however I receive always an exim failed warning on service status cpanel .

However when I restart exim , or any other service , i don't receive errors ... I receive &exim started ok& but when I go on Cpanel I still see the Exim Failed Warning .

Anyone is experiencing my Exim problem ? Any suggestion ?

Is cpanel just showing it as failed or is the service actually down?

tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog

Restart exim while tailing this and see what errors are sprung up..

report back if you can't see the problem

Only Cpanel , all seems working fine .
When I restart exim and execute tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog
it reports me

2002-07-24 14:27:39 End queue run: pid=31380

No error is reported .
Why is there &Failed Exim& on server status control panel ?

Its probly checkserv playing up.

Are you getting failed messages all the time ? (emailed to you)

I updated cpanel , then I restarted Apache . Now it's all UP
