Exim failed after installing WHM SSL Certificate

I am getting this email almost every second from my server now after installing an SSL Certificate I just purchased into WHM using the "Manage Server Certificates" WHM function.

Error:
"exim failed @ Wed May 6 16:09:56 2009. A restart was attempted automagically.
Service Check Method: [tcp connect]

Failure Reason: Timeout while trying to connect to service"

SSL Cert installed just fine for WHM and cPanel, tried restarting chkservd, tried restarting cPanel, tried restart exim. Everything restarts fine without errors, but unless I completely shutdown exim the emails keep coming every second.

Correction: Dang emails keep coming even after shutting down exim. What the heck? Help!!!!

Are you sure that chkservd (cPanel/WHM's Service Monitor) isn't restarting Exim? Go to WHM -> Service Configuration -> Service Manager and uncheck Exim and Exim on another Port in the "Monitor" column to ensure Exim stays shut down when you manually shut it down. Though you may want to use this screen and uncheck both under the "Enabled" column to ensure the service is shut down. You can re-enable the service later on this same screen.
