exim failing too much

Hello,

exim on my server is failing too much. kindly help me how to resolve this problem

Go on, have a guess
You need to check in your /var/log/exim_mainlog (on Linux) at the time of the failure as to why the daemon terminated. Also make sure that you have none of the following installed on the server that can cause serious problems for cPanel:

SIM
PRM
monit
