Exim Filter File locations

I have looked high and low but can not find the filter file reffered to in a user error message:

2006-07-31 10:54:45 1G7ZAL-0006ag-3y == [email protected]_DOMAIN.org R=central_filter defer (-17): error in filter file: unrecognized condition word "message_headers" near line 6 of filter file

I have verified that there are no filters set on this account and have in fact removed the .filter file from the users home directory...

This is the only user on this server having issues like this and so am assuming that there is another filter file
