Exim gone after uninstalling rpcbind

I hope someone can help me with this issue:
Im not sure if the cause of exim to disappear on WHM is due to uninstalling rpcbind on our server, but I noticed it only few days later that suddenly, exim is not listed anymore on the service manager page. Even the Exim Restart page is gone and after checking via terminal the status of exim, the reply is always "Unit exim.service could not be found."

How can I get Exim show up on WHM and work again? Is there a way to fix it without reinstalling?

rpcbind shouldn't have anything to do with exim. What's the output of the following

Code: 
egrep 'exim|rpcbind' /var/log/yum.log
Why were you uninstalling rpcbind if I may ask? It's a dependency of the quota system installed by the OS this goes over it a bit more SOLVED - rpcbind got installed.
