    Hi,

    One of our client is sending email from verzion and mails are bouncing back with


    SMTP timeout while connected to domainc.om after MAIL FROM:<userid@verzion.com>
    retry timeout exceeded

    I checked the resolver and seems ok, anythign else?

    Can the client send mails from any other email address?Make sure that the SMTP port is not blocked at client's end.

    Ah Verizon

    Verizon - has been known to suddenly block port 25.

    In WHM you can run through and add Exim to also run on port 26.
    You will need to instruct your client how to make the change- but this is generally the best work around.
