exim instead sendmail for large mailing

Hi,
I need to use my own mailing list to send the mail. I need to configure it to send mail out the box cpanel. My question is : what is the command to send mail with exim instead of sendmail ?
Where is the configuration file for exim so I can configure not to go out with more than 200 mail at the same time ?
