Exim is rejecting mails

    When someone will send emails to the account xxx@abc.com, niether it bounce nor it is delivered.

    I have checked for the log and found below entries, could anyone assist me in this regard!

    2005-11-30 08:38:04 H=(smtp.prodigy.net.mx) [148.235.52.21] F=<automotrizspa@prodigy.net.mx> temporarily rejected RCPT <xxx@abc.com>: Could not complete sender verify callout

    Had the same problem

    I just moved servers and everything was working fine on the old server but the new server was rejecting a lot of emails from customers that never had a problem before the server move. I unchecked the Verify the existence of email senders in the Exim Configuration Editor and that fixed it.

    Look and see if this box is checked, clear it if it is checked and see if that fixes the problem.
