Can someone please tell me how I can enable Exim's mail filtering capabilities (found here) on a cPanel machine?

I believe that I have them turned on, but I tried out the following .forward file and it does nothing, the mail just gets delivered to the person who I sent it to:

    # Exim filter

mail text "Your message about $h_subject has been received"

    deliver (email removed)
    deliver (email removed)

I uploaded that file to my home directory.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there something else that I need to do that I am forgetting about?

    Thanks :)
