CENTOS 5.9 i686 xenpv
WHM 11.36.0 (build 14)
All mails outbound from exim are failing due to dns errors. This started once the new cpanel version was updated on the server.
Example:
2013-03-15 13:48:04 1UGPpx-0002sE-RF ** [email protected] R=fail_remote_domains: The mail server could not deliver mail to [email protected]. The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries.
Even mails to my gmail id are failing:
** [email protected] R=fail_remote_domains: The mail server could not deliver mail to [email protected]. The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries.
LOG: MAIN
I tried to change dns from 8.8.8.8 to 127.0.0.1, still no luck. When i use the manual commands to check for MX records, all records are being reported clearly.
I also tried to setup a smarthost for the server, so it could relay mails out, but its ignoring smarthost settings and still not sending any outbound mail. All mails are stuck in the frozen queue.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
