This is wat i have seen from the system logs etc.

Exim accepts a mail from an email id (invalid/ SPAM), the mail id of yahoo/ aol. The mail contains a .pif file. Exim accepts the mail which it shouldn't as the attachment is not valid and the mail should be rejected.

Now the system filters are run by exim on this mail and instead of deliverying it, a bounce is generated and tried to deliver, since the from mail id is junk the mail just goes on retry and doesn't get delivered ultimately filling up my exim queue.

Any help would really be appreciated.

You could cron something like this to remove messages older than 24 hours in the queue:
    Code:
    exiqgrep -f '^<>$' -o 86400 | xargs exim -Mrm

can you help me a bot more understand this method. I tried this and get errors. Is this the exact syntax? and does this do something that /scripts/eximcron would also do? This mail building up issue is driving me nuts. tidydb used to work and stoped for me when we went to Exim4

    exiqgrep -f '^<>$' -o 86400 | xargs exim -Mrm
    Line mismatch: 5h 19pYI4-0005RD-Km <>
exim: no message ids given after -Mrm option

This is the error i get when i run it.

Moreover i don't want to empty the queue this way, it shouldn't be building anyways with these stupid messages. The system filter should be working when the smtp connection was in between not after the connection, then wats the whole use of it.
