    Hi guys,

    I have a serious problem here, that sincerely, I'm not able to solve. I thought it was just something wrong with the "other" mail server but when I saw that the server is not sending email neither to yahoo or gmail, I understood it's something wrong here. So,I think the problem came up form an upgrade a couple of days a go.I received an automatic email saying that there was something wrong with the actual exim configuration and that I need to go to whm to reset the acl's to default. It wasn't working however so I tried to reset the entire configuration to defaults. This was ok, so the system was able to apply the new update/configuration (or something like this). From that time the system is not sending any mail, It returns to me like this:
    "Warning: message 1K2wuM-0005dh-SD delayed 24 hours"

    Then for 48 and 72 hours and finely, I get a Mail delivery failed.

    Going to whm-->mail queue manager and checking that actually there are a lot of emails in the queue, I tried to click on Deliver now, and what I get is this:

    Message 1K3a0M-0005Zn-Q0 is not frozen
    delivering 1K3a0M-0005Zn-Q0
    Connecting to mxrm.xxxxxxx.xx [xx.xxx.72.xx]:25 ... failed: No route to host
    LOG: MAIN
    mxrm.xxxxxxxx.xx [xx.xxx.72.xx] No route to host
    LOG: MAIN
    == yyyyyyyyyy@xxxxxxx.xx R=lookuphost T=remote_smtp defer (113): No route to host

    Return to Mail Queue

    Same thing for all the emails in the queue.

    What do you think the problem might be?

    Thanks a lot

    Thanks *DavidG for helping,

    however I found the solution 2 minutes ago. Updating/upgrading exim or just the configuration ( I don't remember what kind of update it was) cancelled some of configurations in exim.conf. So I remembered that before the server was using a relay mail server to send mails: Obviously it wasn't present in this new configuration, so I added:

    send_to_smart_host:
    driver = manualroute
    route_list = !+local_domains xxxx.xxxxxxxxxx.net
    transport = remote_smtp

    This did the trick.

    Thanks again,

    Sergiu
