My ISP blocks ports 25 and 26 so it basically means I have to use my ISP's smtp servres to send mail.

However, I see in whm service manager that you can run exim on another port and it looks like you can change the port number.

Is it possible then to run it on another port other than 26 and if so, what would be a good port number?

    Thanks
    CKH

Any port should be fine, except for the commonly used ones. Just type the number into service manager.

    You should certainly avoid: 20,21,22,23,25,53,80,110,433,2082,2083,2086,2087.

Anything other than those should be safe, but if something breaks, it's not hard to change.
