Exim Problems, Help Appreciated.

Mail into one of our boxes has stopped, due to exim retry errors.
T=remote_smtp defer (-53): retry time not reached for any host

Mail is no longer arriving inbound for any accounts.

I have already checked

- /etc/userdomains
- /etc/localdomains
- /etc/remotedomains

Updated Exim /scripts/eximup --force
Updated Cpanel /scripts/upcp --force
Fix Named /scripts/fixnamed
Fix NDC /scripts/fixndc
Restarted Named, Start/Stop
Stopped/Disabled APF
Checked WHM-> Tweak Settings -> SMTP Tweak = Disabled

Unfortunately the same thing is happening, anyone have any ideas?

How do I fix this?

Just now I ran...

exim_tidydb -t 1m /var/spool/exim wait-remote_smtp
exim_tidydb -t 1m /var/spool/exim retry
