Is there any way to mod the Exim Mailer-Daemon for each domain to replace the servername with the actual domain name bouncing it? or moreover like cPanel, have a bogus servername being used to mask real servername.

    Thanks,
    Chris

Use the -F option in a pipe to the mail binary, and make some quick changes to Exim to allow this override (I don't recommend this, personally, due to abuse issues).

Is that the line that says:
    Code:
    X-AntiAbuse: Primary Hostname - $primary_hostname
in the properties of the e-mail? That can be easily moded in exim.conf.

That's the default catchall account and its the main mailbox, All users should read it else they won't get all the emails.
