exim restarting

I have an issue with exim restarting.

It was happening about once or twice a day but now today it has happened three or four times.

Is there a way I can fix this so this is more stable?

Are you running SIM by rfxnetworks? If you are, get rid of it - it conflicts horribly with chkservd. If you're not, then have you checked the exim_panilog for errors at the time of it restarting.

How do I do this via SSH?

I will check it but I need a bit more help to get there.
