    I recently moved NOC's and at the same time Exim changed to split queues (Red Hat to Fedora), but since then my Retry timeouts ignore whatever settings I place in there. I do not think it is a Fedora thing - s

    I have
    Code:
    begin retry

    lloyd@mydomain.com       *           F,2h,15m; G,16h,1h,1.5; F,3d,8h
    mydomain.com                *           F,2d,45m;
    *                                    *           F,2h,15m; G,16h,1h,1.5; F,3d,8h
    Because Mydomain.com has some rather large mailing lists. I have set it to one day, set it to 36 hours and even removed ALL the retry rules - no avail. I used to be able to stop exim - delete all the retry databases at /var/spool/exim/db - restart exim and then the messages would all process (or fail) when I restarted - especially with no retry rules (all commented out.)

    Anyone else having any such problems? (I also tried with my address removed- BTW.)

    No idea. Have you tried asking on the exim mailing list?

    People say it works fine there and must be a Cpanel modification.
