Email delivery / receiving is very slow on my server, and there's only a few hosted domains with ample hardware specs. I don't understand why, same issue via pop3/IMAP on multiple connections I've tried. EXIM has always seemed slow. Could you assist? It's not the queue, resolvers, or such.Took 10 minutes nearly to download 200 tiny emails via pop3 in Outlook 2016.

Hardware is ample: dual processors, 64GB RAM, SSD drives, GigE uplink, minimal server resource usage.

Using Google DNS resolvers too.

Hello @Bashed,

It could be a network issue from the local computer to the server, or vice-versa. Try running the traceroute utility from the server to the local computer, and then from the local computer to the server to see if you notice slowness at any of the hops. EX:
