Exim SMTP fails to authenticate users after cpanel update

For some strange reason now my customers are not able to send emails, just receive.

They receive a password confirmation dialog every time that tryes to send any email (mail client program is not important because it happens in all that I have tried).

It happens since we update cpanel 3 days ago.

I have read several post in this forum and tryed several solutions...none was useful.

Now we are reinstalling exim as last possible solution.

Any similar problem during a cpanel update? any solution?

I will be glad to know for a solution... we are getting empty of ideas.

Ok, fixed.

Seems some accounts were on demo mode and WHM was not showing its status correctly.
