    Hi,

Does anyone know why our mail stops working after we updated to the latest release version ( WHM 11.11.0 cPanel 11.15.0-R17659 )

It seems to be broken... we don't receive or send email out.

Restarting Exim and Pop3 didn't help either..

I'd recommend submitting a support ticket regarding that issue.

I had the same problem - had a problem with ClamAV and the exim.conf after upgrading.

I uninstalled/reinstalled ClamAV from WHM/Plugins and then I went in to Exim Configuration Editor, selected Advanced Editor, and then re-saved what was listed there.

note 1: I had a custom exim.conf that contained extra HELO checks and a Dictionary Attack ACL as well as a special router to forward mail destined for certain nonlocal domains to another server for delivery.

note 2: Before I went into Exim Configuration Editor, Advanced Editor, and then re-saved it, I did not have the av_scanner line in my exim.conf if I did a 'grep av_scanner /etc/exim.conf'. But if I opened up the Advanced Editor, it showed itself in there as did all of my ACLs. That is why I just did a Saved the configuration again - in the Advanced Editor it already had everything correct, but for some reason it hadn't applied all of that to the latest exim.conf.

So my problem was that ClamAV was not functioning properly - first it couldn't find the clamd socket. Then after uninstalling/reinstalling ClamAVConnector it couldn't find the sophie socket - until I went in and resaved from the Advanced editor and it put the av_scanner line back in.
