1. Just a scnerio : i am using outlook with having older date (assume 04/04/2004) and when my exim deliver this mail it uses the timestamp of my machine. i just practiced it. please let me know how can i place server time stamp with oytlook express like clients...

2. A client want to have GAWAB like setup. (GAWAB provides unlimited free email signup). how can i give my clients access to create email accounts by thereself rather than doing it manually via cpanel. just assume its a portal with email service too. And client can signup at any time.

Go on, have a guess
1. That's how email works. The client prepares the header and uses the SMTP server to send it on its way. Unless you can modify your email client to not include a Date header field (the MTA may then provide one) there's nothing you can do about it except set the date on your PC correctly

2. Do you want something that will create POP3 accounts, or just web-based email accounts?

If the former, do a search on these forums there's plenty mentioned. If they latter, head on over to somewhere like http://www.hotscripts.com or have a look in my signature ;)
