i'm not sure if this is the way cpanel was setup or if i'm
just missing something but the exim install will not let me send to
eboundary.com/net which is hosted on another box running cPanel ( i've logged a
    ticket
with cpanel but have only gotten a single response in 2 days now, ) I am however able to send email to hosts that have regular SMTP servers and havent configured them for TLS so i was hoping you guys might know what the
    problem is.
I'll paste the error below and hopefully someone knows how fix it

    I've tried the
    hosts_avoid_tls = hostname

But it doesnt appear to work, any other suggestions?

    delivering
    19IyUi-0004Dt-00

How can i turn TLS off completely in exim?

that would sound like a openssl problem, have you upgraded/changed it recently (excluding any darkorb/cpanel updates)

And here I thought, I was the only one with this problem. ;)

As all other eMail goes through with no problems, I can only conclude the problem is on the 'other' end. This started happening to a Client of mine, just this week. I advised them to contact the person in question and obtain another eMail address.

    this is getting rediculous

I need someone from cPanel to look at this issue ASAP. 4 days now the ticket has been with you and STILL I HAVE NO idea whats going on, the communication between support staff at cpanel and clients is horrible at best.

You have the admin and root account password, you have the Server IP what in the hell is going on, I'f i cant go live with this server by monday i will *not* be using cPanel on *any* of my servers exiting or future nor will any of my clients or friends.

I would highly recommend someone from cPanel fix this issue SOON and at the VERY LEAST contact me and let me know you've at least READ the ticket!.

I'd recommend deinstalling and the reinstall the exim-3 port so it gets relinked against openssl. openssl 0.9.7 is not as compatible with 0.9.5 as it is susposed to be.
