Exim & WHM/Cpanel 5.0 problem

In the new WHM 5 I have the next problem:

I create a new account and the mail don't work.

All mail sent to a e-mail address are redirected to main address. When I remove a e-mail address, the Cpanel remove all address. I can send OK mail from a mailbox. Is not stupid???

Any sugestion?
Thanks!

Please run /scripts/convertemail5 to ensure your mail was converted to version 5 mail.

You can use /scripts/restoremail to backtrack any account.

Hi,
i have the exact same problem, but my problem also is, that i am still running CPanel 4.9.0-60
Could upgrading to the latest CPanel solve this issue?
So far i only read that its Cpanel 5 related, but i have it now, too.

Upgrading to the latest build or running the script will fix it.

I tried running /scripts/convertemail5
but I don't have it on my server.

Where can I find it?

Thanks.
Just did it and it works.
However, those email accounts who had the problem still do not receive the emails. I had to delete and recreate them to get them to work.
Is that correct, or is the script supposed to fix those accounts?

The user have got to have addon/parked domains before he can see the drop down menu for addon/parked domains in &create email accounts&, is that right?

The mail continues to deliver to the default account even though it is specifically addressed to a live POP. I tried to &force& it to the POP by specifying the valias. It bounced. I am going to start this as a new thread because I believe that this is a deeper issue than that which was fixed on previous posts to this thread. ;)

I'm curious - are you actually able to log in to webmail for a pointed domain? All our testing thus far shows this is not yet functional.
