I am no longer able to start the Exim, I keep getting message saying:

Waiting for exim to restart..............finished.

exim (/usr/sbin/exim -bd -q60m) running as mailnull with PID 27984

exim: [421 != 220]
exim has failed, please contact the sysadmin.
I tried to reinstall it, reset the settings and neither of this did help.

Any suggestion guys? :confused:

Run that after an attempted daemon restart and paste us the output.
