exim_deny list

    customer ip keeps going on the exim_deny file. adding to the whitelist does nothing. please advise how to keep him off the deny list. thanks alot.

    First, why is he being added? Look in the exim logs, as chripy's exim_deny works fine. Did you update it when he sent that notice out about authentication? If not, that may fix the problem.

    false auth and wrong email address writings and sending mails to too many users (whom some fails) puts you on that deny list..

    Also, make sure you're using the latest version of the ACLs as that is meant to stop the adding of authenticated IP's to the file.
