Expert needed! Moving Data Manually

Hi,

I am looking for expert to solve a critical issue.
We have a xen VM that does not restart since last update (including the backup. Of course we need to be back on-line soon. I am looking for:
a) a Xen expert that could fix that and I am aware that this not the right place to post for that, just taking a chance.
b) alternative: to move manually all data onto a new cpanel server (which is currently being deployed).

Is there any way to do that last point really fast?
