Hello, I am so afraid that a client's domain was expired and after grace period he renewed and set our servers NS1.XXXXXXX .com
NS2.XXXXXXX .com. So the setup of DNS of this was fine on intodns.com we already check and manually checked so many times. but still the domain is not visible or becoming live. Even we delete that account and it was a fresh account where no files restored yet but still facing issues which are pasting below
we did cpanel update, yum update, and also reboot and restart every services like DNS, Litespeed etc.

Check if there is a typo in just**.net.

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

when we check DNS propagation we face DNS is not propagating. on few domain there are 60% not found after 100 hours still having issue. with every domain register this is happening that means registers not causing this issue. Please give a solution

Hi,

I am sorry to hear about the DNS issues you're experiencing. Without providing specifics (such as the domain name) it would be difficult to say why the DNS is not resolving. Based on the issue you described, there may be a firewall configuration issue. If the domain's nameservers are blocking other servers' port 53 (TCP and UDP) it can lead to DNS resolution issues. If that does not get you pointed in the right direction, I recommend opening a ticket so our team can take a closer look and provide you with further guidance on this issue.

Hi,

If it's only the previously expired domains that aren't working and the other domains are all resolving, I don't believe the problem would be caused by cPanel as no changes would have been made on the cPanel side due to the domain's expiring. With that said, due to the issue's complexity, I think it would be best to create a ticket as having access to the server would allow us to check for any potential DNS configuration issues.

A lot of registrars will set the name servers to something bogus or their name servers when the domain expires. Name servers are "typically" set to cache for 2 days (72 hours). While all the web tests you do show it working (because they don't have the name servers cached), you / your customer more thank likely do have the name servers cached. If that's the case, there is not much you can do other than wait for the DNS caches (as your ISP) to expire.
