I'm looking for support to address why I'm receiving following error:
When trying to export bulk email to mbox files from webmail
Server seems to time-out. Yes they are 4GB files.
How do I prevent the time-out to successfully compile the mbox files for download?

There is no "Support Center" under support heading, and I'm unable to run shell.You can locate your Support Access ID with either of the following methods:
From WHM: Click Support Center under the Support heading.
From a shell: Run the following command as root user: /usr/local/cpanel/cpanel -S
