I'm unable to locate my Support Access ID via cpanel support recommendation:

You can locate your Support Access ID with either of the following methods:

From WHM: Click Support Center under the Support heading.
From a shell: Run the following command as root user: /usr/local/cpanel/cpanel -S
There is no "Support Center" under support heading, and I'm unable to run shell.

Please advise . . .

I'm looking for support to address why I'm receiving following error:

The cPanel Server operation timed out at cpsrvd.pl line 528.
When trying to export bulk email to mbox files from webmail

Server seems to time-out. Yes they are 4GB files.

How do I prevent the time-out to successfully compile the mbox files for download?

Are you logged in via WHM as "root"? Or, is this a reseller account?

I recommend reaching out to your reseller hosting provider for assistance with this error message, as it's not something you can directly troubleshoot without root access.
